Aluminum alloy battery tray / lower box of battery pack is mainly made of steel and aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy is favored by more and more automobile OEMs and manufacturers around the world because of its low density and various forming processes, which can meet the requirements of electric vehicle lightweight. At present, aluminum alloy battery tray has two process schemes: integral casting and aluminum profile welding. FSW has been widely used in the manufacture of battery tray because of its non melting, automation, intelligence, environment-friendly and integrated characteristics. As early as 2011, our team developed aluminum battery tray for German Renault automobile, which can realize the automatic welding production of aluminum battery tray. It is the first FSW aluminum alloy battery tray in the world. In recent years, our team has developed more than 30 kinds of aluminum battery trays for many domestic main engine manufacturers and their supporting enterprises, and invented equipment specially used for FSW welding of aluminum battery trays, which has increased the production efficiency by more than 100%.

1,Friction stir welding

He has rich experience in R & D and production of friction stir welding, especially in the design and manufacturing of battery tray, electric cabinet, motor products and aluminum alloy water cooling parts of new energy vehicles, It has independently developed friction stir welding technology with upper and lower double heads and intelligent visual friction stir welding technology, which is at the leading level in the same industry. After product welding, the company will conduct professional ultrasonic nondestructive testing and provide product testing report.

2,Die Casting Our die casting workshop is equipped with nine 200-280T , and one 1600T , 800T and 500T cold chamber die casting machines respectively , with complementary automatic soup feeding machines , sprayers , pick up machines , mold temperature machines and water /oil cooling systems to facilitate automatic die casting production . After the commissioning of the die , the material certificate , test report , drawings , spare parts , die use instructions qualified test template and model size report will be provided to the client

5,Quality Control We have the CMM measuring device,Ultrasonic testing equipment and conventional testing equipment to carry out Water cooling products, die casting products and full-scale inspection of key parts of die production to ensure quality stability . We have special mold testing workshop to detect problems and eliminate them through the process of small batch trial production . This effectively prevents early problems from passing on to clients , and ensures the timely mass production of the mold .
